The Master Plan of Assetz Soho And Sky spanned around 4.5 acres of land which was inspired by New York's Soho which is the urban cultural center that people all over the world flock to experience but only you will get to live in. The project has a grand entrance and exit. They are visitor cars separately with the basement ramp exit. There are spaces for sports areas like a half basketball court, outdoor banquet, outdoor gym, multiplay court, clubhouse, and skating rink for all the sports enthusiasts where they don't have to go out for their leisure space. They are places like a children 's play area, toddler's play area, and a multiplay court. The whole development is covered with a green lush garden with bushes and trees with 75% of open spaces where the residents don't feel they are clustered with the building rather than they feel they are close to nature. They have also provided plenty of space for parking and a high-speed elevator in the project.
