About Brigade 7 Gardens Master Plan

The Master Plan of Brigade 7 Gardens spanned around 8 acres of land surrounded by lush green gardens. The whole development took place in the 600 acres of Thurahalli forest reserve and provided urban forest to the residents of brigade gardens. The project covers 7 towers within the premises with a thick garden around the development. The structure of the building comes up with the ground floor high rise to the floors of 14. Within the project, there are green spaces such as the garden of senses, the garden of solitude, the garden of sway, the garden of surprise, the garden of source, and Nala buffer area planting. There is plenty of open space around the project to provide cross ventilation to the homes. Along with providing the facilities, they have also provided the amenities such as an indoor badminton court, tennis court, large landscape gathering, tennis court, snooker pool, table tennis jogging track, and more in the sports arena space. There are leisure spaces such as the central park, common garden, play zone, children’s play area, large landscape gathering spaces and sauna rooms, and more. They are also providing a well-designed automatic lift and plenty of spacing for parking.
