About Brigade Gardenia Master Plan

The Master Plan of Brigade Gardenia spans around 15 acres of land. The whole development is built on a green garden surrounding the project. The structure of the building comes up with the ground floor where the building was raised to 14 floors. There are many blocks named Magnifica, Carinata, glacier, Jardine, golden magic, and jasmine where they differ with the configuration of the floor plan. The whole development is built on the thick green to provide nature on the lap as mentioned in the name of the project. Along with providing the several blocks and a garden they have also provided amenities such as a play zone, children's play area, central park, central park, common garden, outdoor swimming pool, gym, large landscaped gathering spaces, sculpture garden, multipurpose lawn and more. To maintain a sustainable environment they have come up with rainwater harvesting. They are adequate parking spaces for the residents and also well designed automatic lifts too. The master plan is built keeping in mind providing the green in the development.
