About Brigade Gem Master Plan

The Master Plan of Brigade Gem is set on 2 acres of land with wide-open space that includes 4 towers named as Block A, B, C and D. The structure of the building comes on the ground floor with the 4 floors. The project is surrounded by green blushes which embrace nature. The 4 blocks are surrounded by the driveway and pathway providing recreational space to the occupant of the brigade gem. The master plan is well-strategized in the way that it provides all the kinds of facilities and amenities within the premises where the residents can enjoy, relax and refresh themselves just a few steps away from their door. The amenities they provide are an outer swimming pool, yoga deck, billiard, snooker pool, common garden, badminton court, gym, multipurpose lawn, and many more just to provide social gathering spaces, sports arena, and recreational spaces for the Gem residents. The project provides the green all around to provide the ventilation and a cool atmosphere in the development.
