About Brigade LakeFront Master Plan

Brigade Lakefront Master Plan has been set up on 20 acres of land surrounded by the green garden facing toward the lake. The whole development is built keeping in mind to provide nature in the lap of residents. The structure of the building comes up with a ground floor, and the building rises to 14 floors. The development has three entrances that are from the west gate, the east gate, and another is the main gate to make it more convenient for the residents. The amenities on the lakefront are provided to promote the refreshing and relaxing space around the towers of the projects. The amenities in the projects are a clubhouse, mini theater, outdoor swimming pool, play zone, children's play area, common garden, billiards, large landscape gathering spaces, central park, and more. They have promoted a sustainable environment by providing rainwater harvesting in the development. Along with these amenities they have also provided facilities such as well-designed automatic lifts and ample space for parking.
