The Master Plan of Kino at Brigade Orchards sprawls around 3.45 acres of land with a large open area. The structure of the building comes up to the ground floor and the building rises to 13 floors. They are amenities which the project has divided into segments firstly in general amenities such as a grand entrance plaza, security cabin, pedestrian entry area, and designated visitor's parking area. Fire driveway, covered car parking, basement ramp entry/ exit, drop-off plaza, and more. They are amenities that promote health and fitness such as a basketball practice court, open gym area, cricket practice net, and yoga/ meditation area. Even spaces for children such as a kid’s pool and kid’s play area where kino wants to provide the amenities to all the ages.
