The Master Plan of Prestige Lake Ridge is sprawled around 15 acres of land. The project is spanned a green landscape where the lake is adjacent to the apartments. The structure of the building comes up with 2 levels of basement, ground floor, and building raised to 18 floors. The whole development is built on nature where the environment is in the lap of the project. The project has two phases with amenities surrounding the development. The amenities such as yoga decks, health club, billiard, Indoor badminton court, children's play area, and more. They are community gatherings within the premises like an integrated clubhouse, party hall and multipurpose hall, and more. They are sports arenas too, for the people who are sports aficionados. The project has wide open spaces for providing the green so that it provides cross-ventilation around the house.
