Brigade Altamont Master Plan spanned around 3 acres of land surrounded by the lush green garden. The project has an entrance getaway with the entrance plaza. Along with these, they have provided sports arenas such as badminton courts, basketball courts, swimming pools, and more. There are leisure spaces such as a common garden, play zone, and children’s play area for kids, a central park, outdoor swimming pool, large landscape gathering, sculpture garden space, and a jogging track around the project. For socializing, there are spaces like an integrated clubhouse, party hall, and multipurpose lawn. To make the project sustainable they have implemented rainwater harvesting. Not only these amenities they have also provided facilities such as well-designed automatic lifts and adequate spacing for parking in the project.
